4. Another rec for Shock Doctrine.
I started reading it from the library and then decided that was a book I needed to own. Confessions is on my list, but I haven't gotten to it yet.

7. I have both The Shock Doctrine and Confessions and I
have to say those expose the globalization movement for what it is; murder for money.

Ha-Joon Chang's "Bad Samaritan" (people in the rich countries who preach free markets and free trade to the poor countries in order to capture larger shares of the latter's markets and preempt the emergence of possible competitors) sounds good too
