The bill as it stands now, has immunity in it. Final passage of it by the Senate is today estimated at about 4:00 pm. The House bill does not have retroactive immunity. This would have to be reconcilled with the House bill.

26. He said he will stand up again next week when the bill

gets reconciled in conference. He is sending the message he does not want it to pass but he didn't actually say that. Sen. Cantrell is speaking up now. This is not over yet. I agree with him an the two darkest days in American history. He said 1. when habeus corpus was stripped and 2. today when immunity was granted. He is truly our last hope on this.
