New Organization: Coalition of Secular Voters

I've recently started a new organization called the Coalition of Secular Voters.

We are just now getting off the ground. If you value separation of church and state then I hope you will join us.

The concept behind the website is for users to supply the bulk of the content by keeping tabs on the politics and legislation at the local level and posting it to the website. The idea is to get comprehensive information about all of the challenges to separation of church and state around the country down to the school board level, and of course to keep secular voters informed of this information and encourage them to vote and participate in politics and write to their representatives, etc.

Like I said, we are just getting started, but much more is on the way. Also, we are now preparing to appear at the DNC in August.

However, I'm currently in the process of trying to re-structure the blogs, so the blog instructions may change a little in a few days.

I'll also be adding much more content over the coming weeks.

If anyone plans on coming to the DNC I hope that you'll contact us. We will be there for at least one day and are looking for supporters. I've been in contact with some other like-minded organizations as well that are planning to attend and collaborate with us.

I've been contacting them by e-mail. So far the only group to get back to me is the Secular Coalition for America, which now has our group listed on their page of supporters:
