Hundreds of Layoffs Expected at Yahoo....(How's that robust economy working for you? Pt. 2)
Hey, Mr. Insane President, guess you should have sucked a few more Saudi-pimp balls.

SAN FRANCISCO — Yahoo is planning to lay off hundreds of employees in an effort to increase its profitability, prop up its deflated stock price and narrow the focus of its sprawling Internet portal to a smaller number of key areas, people close to the company said Monday.

The final number of people to be laid off from Yahoo’s work force of about 14,000 is yet to be determined and is likely to be announced around the end of the month, perhaps during Yahoo’s Jan. 29 conference call with analysts after it reports fourth-quarter financial results, these people said.

1. Citigroup, Sprint, AT&T, Motorola, Domestic Auto Manufacturers, now Yahoo...
Our economic outlook for the future is dismal. What the big three Dem candidates need to be saying is "It's STILL the economy, stupid!" We need to be hearing more about their plans to get us out of this Republican-created crisis. And not just quick-fixes either (like these so-called one-time stimulus IOU checks), but a long-term strategy to get us from underneath foreign-controlled debt and energy independence.

2. Edwards has the plan...
Go after corporate greed and create "green-collar" jobs to increase employment and reduce reliance on non-renewable foreign oil.

Only people like you and I are listening to it, Saje and ain't a damn thing we can do.

I hope he is able to get his economic package out on the airwaves tonight in a clear and make-no-mistake-its-coming-and-I-have-a-plan manner.

4. Watch booming "Google." When Google starts layoffs, the chickens have come home to roost.
Not good. Maybe Johnny Cash was right.
