scientology hacked - hilarity ensues
Apparently some hackers have gained access to their database in some format and got really confused.

Hackers from the /i/nsurgency, a splinter group of anonymous raided scientology's secret, even sacred documents this morning. Documents were leaked. Splongcat, after raiding replied with "For the /i/nsurgency! Oh and, we did it for lulz."

Link for some of the leaked documents: http://www.xanga.com/lordxenu

What the fuck? Does anyone understand this shit?

"THE GORILLA GOALS

This same pattern, but given in an amusement park with a

single tunnel, a roller coaster and a Ferris

wheel, was used between about 319 trillion years ago to about 256

trillion trillion years ago, a long span.

The symbol of a Gorilla was always present in the place the

goal was given. Sometimes a large gorilla,

black, was seen elsewhere than the park. A mechanical or a live

gorilla was always seen in the park. "

Again, what the fuck?

1. This stuff has been out since the 1960s
Yep, it's weird, all right.

The explanation Hubbard gives is that they are deliberately absurd sets of symbols that confuse a "thetan" (spiritual being) enough to render it powerless and easily controlled. He called them "implants".

A big part of upper-level processing involves re-"running" these implants to regain control over one's spiritual power.

Is it starting to make sense?

No?

Don't feel bad. Even if you can follow Hubbard's "logic", it's still pretty absurd.

2. It's probably a code
With the 319 trillion and 256 trillion trillion referring to how much money they have in their bank accounts somewhere. Just a guess, mind you.

Heh, yeah, since the universe is probably no more than 14 billion years old.

7. I'm sick of the bullying that the Church of Scientology does
its bullshit copyright claims and of course "fair game." They deserve all the ridicule that they can get.

I had another comment here, but then I realized that the YouTube comment that claimed to be deleted is a joke/sarcasm post.

9. This will be an all-out war... my god... Anonymous vs. Scientology? Jesus...
Anonymous is a force to be reckoned with... NOT kidding...

If anyone can take down the cult that is Scientology, it's Anonymous. If Anonymous is defeated, then there truly is no hope left...

18. I have been investigating Scientology, in my own little way, for 8 months.
Edited on Mon Jan-21-08 11:18 AM by originalpckelly
These are very typical language usages of Mr. Hubbard or his clones, they have their own coded speak that appears to be a modification of the English language. "Until you have a cognition" and "note it down" are some good examples. We all know that they mean, but instead of using more typical language structure/vocabulary usage, they modify it enough that it no longer sounds like English but they still want their crap to be easily understood, so the connotation of the phrase is the same as it would be if it were written in a more conventional form.

I watched literally hours of the 1982 hearing by the Clearwater, FL city council, and it was damn interesting. The people who'd been programmed by this guy, all used very similar nonsensical/yet sensical terms.

This was way before Scientology had actually taken over the city counsel. They appear to have targeted Clearwater for its large number of elderly residents, people that if they bitched and moaned about Scientology, would be dead within a decade or two. Their little plan worked out.
