Would you, could you be a war profiteer?
Edited on Sun Jan-20-08 09:39 AM by Philosoraptor
Who are the war profiteers? What kind of a person makes big bucks from wars? Is it something other than nice to be a war profiteer? Is it ethical? Is it legal to knowingly enter into a war for profit? Is it fair to use the U. S. military to make monstrous windfall profits?

Who among the senators and congressmen and women is profiting from the wars? Who stands to gain? How much have the neo cons made in dollars? Of course, we'll never know, because no war profiteer worth their salt is going to be obvious with their bank books, but we can assume that big dick has thousand dollar bill toilet paper.

Who among the 08 candidates profits from the war? mc cain? huckabee? romney? Or maybe even one of our own? Are there no investigative reporters out there looking into how much money these gung-ho, support the troops, torture the prisoners assholes are raking in from all this misery and death?

The bush royal vampire crime family has a long, sickening history of war profiteering, even crossing Adolph Hitler's path somewhere around Auschwitz in their pursuit of huge profits. Social engineering is another bush fetish, power, money and eventual global domination, war profiteers control the White House, the Pentagon, the Middle East, they are making so much cash out of this horror, while our so called economy is on the brink of collapse, yet we, the people, get nothing from all the invasions and occupations, at least in ancient Rome they shared the war booty.

Why would someone openly support continuing the invasion and subjugation and occupation of Iraq and Afghanistan, as if it were the only solution? Why would a senator or candidate be so hot to trot for bush's war? Could it be the profit involved? Who is making money off of this madness? Could you in good conscience make a living from the bombing of innocent men, women and children? Would you work for halliburton or kellog, brown and root, or any of the war profiteers in the current military-industrial complex?

How do you roll on the subject of war profiteers? Could you be one? Or do we all profit from this atrocity to some extent, knowingly or not?

3. War is not profitable,
even to the war profiteers, really. The reason for war, I think, is the mindset of most humans, who do not understand the underlying unity.

Better to concentrate upon peace than war.

10. One must look at the big picture
if these corporations manage to destroy the world, they destroy themselves. Not profitable.
