2. im with you
i dont have cable so i never watched their show. So the only thing i can do is not give their webpage any hits (watched some shows on their site) but i guess ill have to go somewhere else.

point blank

I do not support a store, company, corporation who thinks that they have a voice in our political process, especially when they think they can use that voice to kill a candidates voice.

And buying the DVD of Studio 60 On The Sunset Strip.

Studio 60 on the Sunset Strip: The Complete Series (DVD)

Starring: Perry, Matthew Whitford, Bradley Peet, Amanda Huffman, Felicity Hughley, D.L. Paulson, Sarah Weber, Steven Busfield, Timothy Corddry, Rob
Directing: Schlamme, Thomas
Rating: Not Rated
Description: What goes on behind the scenes of a nationwide late-night comedy sketch show? Aaron Sorkin, creator of The West Wing, answers that question with a must-see show within a show filled with engaging characters, ear-grabbing dialogue and a Hollywood hive of insider buzz.

Matthew Perry and Bradley Whitford portray the likable hotshots brought in to revive NBS-TV's sagging flagship comedy series and Amanda Peet plays their savvy boss in episodes exploring the lives and loves of and the make-or-break creative pressures on the show's staff. Panic. Chaos. Fear. Sleep deprivation. Just make sure it's funny by Friday. Because that's when a nation tunes in to Studio 60 on the Sunset Strip.

6. How would NBC know that you're boycotting them?
Seriously, do they get stats from the Tivo or what?

7. It Sure Sounds Good...
If I had a dime for every boycott called for on DU, I'd buy all the members a mansion. I've been boycotting GE since the 70s...cause of the crappy quality of their products and their Vietnam war profiteering...sure showed them didn't I. ROFL.

I can't remember the last time a political boycott had any affect...but it sure sounds good and threatening to say it on a message board.

12. you made me laugh
cause i'm the same damn way. been boycotting wisk detergent and charmin toilet paper for years and years and years because of their sexist ads. not that they'd ever know. apparently i've never registered on any demographic table...but it won't stop me. every once in a while i get up on my bully pulpit and tell someone why. why the fuck is it HER fault that he doesn't wash his neck?! do you really want me to believe that women congregate in supermarkets testing the squeezability of their toilet paper?!

i don't watch network tv, can't stand commercials, and the news you get just ain't the news. so maybe i give one person at a time some food for thought. yeah i been showing 'em for years. thanks for the laugh.

8. Not to talk you out of it
But it will do noting to stop them from pursuing their own agenda.
They are just too big and powerful. They could operate with NBC lousing millions in revenue for years and hardly be noticed on the bottom line.
And that is why no matter how many names you have on a petition they will just file it in the round file and give not a thought.
But don't let me stop you, I will certainly not cross your picket line because I do not have cable and can watch very little TV, and that helps with my blood pressure.

10. What is there on NBC now?
With no new 30 Rock and The Office what is the point of watching NBC. Leno is good but Colbert is amazing. But I would not give up my KO on MSNBC.

I know alot of people are mad at NBC for kicking Kucinich but I did not really care. I would have liked to have seen him but he has not proved himself to be viable and I understand why NBC would want there to be a debate between just the front runners.
