6. basically it is a request by the DNC to be added to the suit...
on the side of the at-large caucuses. They state that they gave permission to hold the caucuses in the casinos, and as the ones who made the rules, they should be allowed to join the defendants to argue the case.

7. Now those are the caucuses to be held where people work?
And the teachers' unions are suing about them with the state party behind them? Am I getting this right?

There have been so many lawsuits I get confused. :eyes:

If that is true, I am glad the DNC is getting involved.

13. Close...
The Nevada State Education Association members are suing the Democratic Party of Nevada to stop the caucuses being held in the casinos.

The DNC is coming to the aid of the DPN.

:)

4. Explain to me the full impact of this. I have not been following it.
Sounds like the DNC is differing from the NV Party and in favor of the caucuses already set.

Clue me in.

5. Sounds like the state party brought a lawsuit against caucuses already approved
by the DNC? Is this correct at least partially. I know a teachers' union was involved as well.

12. Ah yes, here is what Bill Clinton said in part.
"Bill Clinton criticizes at-large precincts
By Jon Ralston · January 14, 2008 · 12:07 PM

This went out to my Flash subscribers a little while ago: Former president tells crowd at Green Valley High School — and this is near-verbatim from one of my media colleagues who is there: “(Why) make a special rule only for these workers, for the rest of you other workers, tough luck. I think the rules ought to be the same for everyone. I question why you would ever have a temporary caucus site and limit to a certain kind of workers….I don’t think you ought to favor one kind of worker over another.” If you want to subscribe, go to: RalstonFlash.com

That was outrageous of him if it were approved by the DNC. I say Go Howard and hush, Big Dog. Follow the rules made by the party.

11. Being sued by everybody, including the gay community....
Bill Nelson, Vic Dimaio, and maybe Steve Geller in Florida. The lawsuit by a gay community activist is taking up huge time and they are posting private emails all over the internet and hurting a lot of very good people.

Lawsuit after lawsuit.

Your crickets are sickening.
