Thanks to Stephanie Miller (StephCast is only $4.95 per month when purchased a year in advance) for tipping me off to this! http://www.StephanieMiller.com

Bill Orally said to his guest, "Tanya, as always, C U Next Tuesday!"

Yes, that's right.

Bill O'Reilly of The Fox Noise Channel called Tanya "The C-Word."

From Answers.com

See you next Tuesday - C U Next Tuesday. Originating from the London area, but now having more widespread use, especially within the south of England. An example of usage would be: "Oh that bloke is such a see you next Tuesday". (It must be noted, however, that not many situations arise where one would want to refer to another as a cunt and not use the term itself.) Other versions include "See you next time" and "Catch you next Tuesday" (the latter appearing in an episode of "American Dad") {Which, like Falafel King O'Reilly, is also made by Fox!}

Was that swearing on American Dad?

Ellen Gray at the Philadelphia Daily News never comes out and says what word was supposedly uttered at the end of American Dad a few nights ago, and with the clues she gives I'm not quite sure she even knows what she is referring to. She says that the word is something that is sometimes said on Deadwood and The Sopranos, and that it ended with the word "Tuesday."

Now, if she's talking about the word I think she's talking about, then it was the phrase "See you next Tuesday," which isn't a swear at all and only refers to another meaning (which we won't get into here, of course), and really wouldn't be that big of a deal. Anyone see American Dad and hear it?

1. To combat this horrendous phenomenon,
I propose that we ban the word "Tuesday." For that matter, let's ban "Thursday" as well. Still not sure whether we should replace these words with others, or with unpronounceable symbols, just to be safe.

2. If it was anyone except Captain Phonesex, I wouldn't have given it a second thought.

But, just for you, I've re-phrased it as "A Fox Question."

3. How adolescent!
When I was in high school, someone decided that the word "thing" meant bra. So one hot afternoon, one of the girls got on the bus and immediately started taking off her sweater saying, "I can't wait to get this thing off." Half of the kids on the bus burst into hysterical laughter, while the half (presumably the ones who were not in the special ed program) rolled their eyes.

The fact that O'Lielly would buy into this just confirms which half of the bus he belonged to in HS.

Don't fear you can't kick yourself!
