The Young Turks are BAD. They messed up an important anouncement, and then NO apology/explanation.

Some of you may have noticed earlier tonight I started a thread saying that FOX had declared Hillary the winner.

I got this information from the progressive online/radio show "The Young Turks". Link: http://bravenewfilms.org/election

These guys have a lot of well respected guests on, and I thought they knew their shit.

To GREAT fanfare (TRUMPETS blowing, no less), they make breaking news anouncements during their show, and they did so for the false FOX news delcaration.

Well, I anounced it here, got called a FREEPER by a couple of truly ignorant assholes, and then The Young Turks (about 5 minutes later) simply said they were wrong. No explanation, no apology.

In private to me alone, accross their comment page, I was told it was information they got from a "reader" and they'd learnt a lesson.

No public explanation or apology.

Obviously these idiots are unaccountable and unreliable.

I'm sure The Young Turks are typically very good....but in this case I was very unimpressed.

You have to be humble and apologetic when you screw up as massively as that. They were neither.
