Can someone tell me again, why did Hillary vote for the Kyle/Lieberman amendment?

Can someone tell me again, why did Hillary vote for the Kyle/Lieberman amendment?
and doesn't anyone see the insanity of that vote?

It call for a PERMANENT presence of U.S. troops in Iraq, as long as Iran is perceived a threat

and binding or not, why would ANYONE vote for such a bill if they didn't believe in what it said?

The GOP has been spinning the lie (That they are the ones for strong defense) in spite of the facts for years. How long can you outsource the care and feeding of our solders to parasitic corporations who would rather deliver putrid water and rotten food than give up a penny in ill gotten profit?
