Read Vincent Buglisosi's excellent book on the assassination for more detail. In the meantime, how would plotters have known where his body was being taken for autopsy? As to the claim that the body was "altered" prior to the autopsy, it was never out of anyone's sight long enough for such an absurd claim to be remotely true. 44 years after JFK's death, this nonsense has taken on a life of its own.
