Yay! Congress passed bill to strengthen "Background Checks"

Congress has passsed The "National Instant Check System Improvemnt Amendment Act of 2007" (H.R.2640)to close the loopholes in background checks for gun sales. If this act had been passed earlier, the Virgina Tech massacre probably wouldn't have happened, because the shooter's mental illness record would have been reported to the national Brady background check system.
