Why does NeoCon David Frum Have Posner's Snip about Torture Victim revealing Saudi's/911 Up on Blog

KPete has a fascinating article up on a snip from Gerald Posner's "9/11" Book where he reveals that the destruction of the torture tapes by the CIA was to cover up the confession of Pakistan and Saudi Arabia's involvement in "9/11" rather than the method of torture itself.

Here's what's bothersome about Posner's revelations on Huff PO, though. Neocon David Frum has the same snip from Posner's Book up on his NRO Blog. Why would Frum, who coined "Axis of Evil" as a speechwriter for Bush, and who is also in the heart of the "NeoCon Beast" want to quote a snip that would defy everything the NeoCons want us to believe about who was really responsible for "9/11?"

Anyone have any thoughts on why David Frum would want to quote from Gerald Posner?
