Investigators Look At Kids' 'Non-Custodial Mother'

POSTED: 3:52 am EST November 20, 2007
UPDATED: 7:02 am EST November 20, 2007

DIAMOND BAR, Calif. --

Authorities were investigating the disappearance Monday of three grandchildren
of Southern California Rep. Gary Miller. The children were reported missing at
about 1:30 p.m. Monday from their Diamond Bar residence east of Los Angeles,
Los Angeles County sheriff's officials said.

Investigators were looking into whether the children were taken by their
"non-custodial mother," said sheriff's spokeswoman Deputy Aura Sierra, referring
to a parent without custody rights.

The children's parents are divorced and appeared to be in a custody battle, the
San Gabriel Valley Tribune reported on it Web site.

1. Does anyone know if Miller has any "proclivities" similar to his GOP
colleagues?

Some people are saying that he was involved in some behavior that contributed to the break-up.

4. I hope wherever they are they are okay
I don't give a shit what party their grandfather is in. We've had to many stories of custody battles going bad and the children paying the ultimate price.
