What's up with the RADICAL FRINGE TOONS?

You may have wondered where they went - welllllll, mostly still in my head - and I'm trying to adjust my routine to make some time to get back to doing them

I started a new job about 3 weeks ago, between work hours and commute times it's an 11 hour day for me (8hr of work, 1 hour lunch, 2 hour round trip commute) - makes for a long 11 hour day. I don't get home until around 6pm

by the time I get home, eat some supper and do my "chores" it's close to 8pm and I'm ready to crash, and weekends have turned into catch-up time to get everything done I couldn't get to during the week

We wish you success in the new job. Hopefully, you will be able to entertain us again soon. I know how you feel with the "too much work, not enough time" thing. I had to take on more work on Saturdays and Sundays lately and I don't even have the weekend to catch up any more. Very frustrating. Best of luck to you on your new job!!

For a while there Ozy had been including yours in the mix for the Stock Watch Thread but none recently. Glad to hear it's not due to any tragedy but sorry to learn your days are now so long and hectic,

Whenever you find a little time and inclination to get back to it, your fan base will be here...waiting patiently.

5. thanks all...

i had received a couple of PMs wonder were the toons were, and where I had disappeared, so I thought I would just post a general note to let people know I'm alive, doing well... just not enough time in the day to do all that needs to get done.

so far so good with new job

my partner is still looking for a job, had an interview yesterday and it went well - they mentioned that if she's among the finalists there will be a 2nd interview. I'm guessing she won't hear anything until next week at the earliest - although they do need someone to start ASAP

We could all use more humor these days but take care of your needs first.

got laid off beginning of October.. found another job two weeks later and started end of october

it's more to my liking - doing graphics as well as some drafting

nice place, more money, great benefits....
