I guess technically it is now "yesterday" that it aired. Here's a page with a description and a preview to it:

http://www.linktv.org/programs/aclu2_6

I've seen all of the episodes of the first season and all except one of this season, and even though the rest of them were all very good shows to get info on relevant civil liberty issues, this is an episode that is so current and topical and talking about stuff that the mainstream media is avoiding so much, it is a MUST SEE for us all here. This is the kind of episode that Sixty Minutes should be having on. It really personalizes domestic spying a lot to the point that I think this is a very good show to record and show to your friends so that they can really appreciate the gravity of what's going on behind the scenes that is really hard to communicate just through reading news stories on web sites, etc.

I'm not sure when it will air again, but it would be worth your time seeing if you can.

It covers NSA Wiretapping and some insider's views on it. Also talks about CIFA surveillance and RealID usage ramifications.
