Debate going on now about water bill override
Lott and Dominici already said they would vote to override the veto. Vote is supposed to be around 11:45.

Mississippi River Gulf Outlet. But I guess they think if it's closed then more water can surge to Orleans Parish and not as much into St. Bernard Parish. Hum, anyone up for a chorus of "Bye Bye Blackbird?"
