1. I know commenting on Pickle's dress incites many DUers...
Edited on Sun Oct-28-07 04:31 PM by hlthe2b
but, why the heck (with her money and resources) can't she find more appropriate (and flattering) dress? That second number has to be the least flattering dress I have seen.

But, I will try to be nice and say that I do think her hair looks nice. Ditch the damned maroon lipstick, though!

Edited on Sun Oct-28-07 04:49 PM by hlthe2b
Damn... I mean look at how gorgeous Oprah dresses, whether during her heavy or lighter bodyweight time periods... I dare say that I could dress Pickles to look far more appropriate, and in a way that is far more flattering to her. She is not unattractive. But, damn, she sure dresses to be.

I think she needs to fire her designers and go buy off the rack somewhere with a group of advisers that won't steer her into, well, steerage.

10. When you've got a pedigreed B@#$h at your elbow no clothes look good.
New tyranny meets old tyranny. It's hardly the clothes that are the story.

4. Usually I'm not catty, just uppity, but that second picture...
The color is ok, but the cut of the vest makes it look like drooping boobs, the cut of the hips with that flare out at the hem emphasizes her hips, and she needs shoulder pads there. Unless she is trying to not outshine the queen, in which case her dressor did a good job.

Actually, compared to Pickles, Mammy (aka Hattie McDaniel) could probably carry it off.

and the "family" had billions stashed, so money is not the issue.

She actually has a decent shape for a woman her age, and there are plenty of designers who would have gladly signed on to make her look good..I don't get it.

She looks terrible. She ought to fire her dressmaker or designer. She would look so darn much better in straight dresses without all the bustle and bows. Maybe she thinks she back in the 1880's.

30. If we had enough DUers interested
could we get a special group for these sorts of posts, kind of like the 911 dungeon, where they would all get moved to?

Mods? Skinner? Is that a possibility? Would the fashion police threads get moved there if there was a group for it?

Would it be less light if there were a group devoted to it?
