Who saw Max Cleland tonight?
He was fantastic! This man needs more press. So very articulate and impassioned in saying just GET THEM OUT OF THAT HELLHOLE!

I only saw the last few minutes - I think it was Hardball - I was surfing while eating. He was riveting!

2. I missed it damn.
I'm hoping he'll run in 08 for Saxby Chambless's seat. I'm in Georgia and can't wait to vote for someone with a good chance to beat that right wing hack.

3. I'm in Ga. too, and I wish he would run, but I saw him on another
interview where the host asked him if he would consider that, and he said "Absolutely NOT! I'm done with that kind of politics!" I can understand how he feels, but I feel bad for US!

I can only HOPE someone as good as he is will knock Saxby OUT!

5. That's too bad, I really like that man.
Maybe a letter campaign is in order.

8. I don't think so.. I read somewhere that he's sufffering from
depression and PTSD. I really think he has a valid reason for staying pretty low profile.

9. He spoke of that last March or April
at a premiere of Hidden Wounds a documentary made on PTSD. Even as he spoke of having been treated recently for PTSD, he was incredible and actuially funny when he explained his story.

6. That was it !
It was on Blitzers program that I saw him. As I said, I was surfing and paid little/no attention to the host.
