CHIP bill = 7 billion a year, war in Iraq = 120 billion a year
Children's health insurance = 7 billion a year.
War in Iraq = 120 billion a year (complete with an increase in world wide terrorism and lots of body bags).

According to CBO, the various provisions to maintain and expand children’s health coverage would cost $34.9 billion over five years...

1. How do they figure it is only 120B for Iraq?
This year alone it was 230B in supplemental spending.

4. We're spending it over there so we can't spend it here
Bush has been a disaster to our country and he's too stupid and arrogant to know it himself.

We don't have any money left to spend here. It's all been given to the wealthy or spent in Iraq making his cronies rich. Actually the Bush tax cuts needs to be eliminated and the wealthy should face another tax hike so that we can rebuild this country from healthcare to infrastructure.
