PageOneQ and BlogActive's Mike Rogers, the blogger who first reported on Larry Craig's activities in public bathrooms has challenged Mike Jones, famed Denver escort and outer of fallen megachurch leader Ted Haggard, to produce evidence he has met with Senator Larry Craig as he claimed on radio last night.

As KESQ reports, Jones, during a recent visit to Palm Springs' KNWQ-AM for a broadcast of the "Bulldog Bill Feingold Show," promised management that he would release details about an encounter he had with the embattled senator, but ultimately didn't reveal anything that could be verified.

I expect in the next few weeks that all kinds of pressure will be brought to bear on Craig by the Repugs and their minions to get Craig to resign. Watch for all kinds of stories to be popping up (no pun intended).

If this goes to open Ethics Committee Hearings that will be televised - they should recreate the stalls of the bathroom in Minnesota and get Craig to actually demonstrate what he did that day. They should also have the cop that caught him testify.

I think that this would really embarrass him - and if he knew that they were going to do this I would think that he would resign rather than face TV cameras of him peering into a stall; showing his wide stance and putting his hands under the stall.
