Oh shit, Halloween's approaching.
I have a blinking witch button. Will it be safe to wear it?

1. So, I walked into a grocery store...

And I was surrounded by bags of candy. And I couldn't think of why so much of it would be on sale. It all had the Halloween look to it as well.

Why was I confused?

Because it was FREAKING JULY 10TH.

Sorry, I saw your rant, and threw mine in. :-)

2. Why do I need to buy a special pumpkin knife to carve a pumpkin?
I guess I should make sure it's not in my car when I go pick up family at the airport next week.

3. Where's that pumpkin from?

It might be more dangerous than the pumpkin knife! :-)

4. Just watch out for all those Xmas items reaching out to you from the store shelves

You know if it's time for Halloween, it's time to start selling Christmas, (but, is it safe to shop? Has the Feckless Leader OK'd this as a safe activity for all 'Murikans?)

8. Airlines tend to frown on that
Mostly because you don't want to see a guy in a Larry the Cable Guy costume lurching his way into the cockpit and realise it's the pilot :P
