14. They can set the agenda. It takes a "super majority " to ensure legislation.
We can get that next cycle only if we retain the majority!

17. I'm with Lerkfish. You centrists have castigated us enough.
Time to smell the coffee, and realize the color of the jerseys ain't making any difference.

As TahitiNut says, it's been fully explained just how they can stop the war, but they won't do it.

So, you always like to attack those of us who've had it with the Great Sellout. So, run me down real good, now, you hear?

21. I have never been a centrist nor do I support the DLC as is often hurled at me.I have personally
during an interview, asked Al From how he felt to be an "anachronism".But still some feel they have every right to run "me" down.Go for it. I may be tired of it but the attack is not only false but meaningless. Particularly as the attacks usually come from those that are ill informed.

20. Seems like Republicans are setting the agenda right now!
> They can set the agenda.

Seems like Republicans are setting the agenda
right now!

Otherwise, why are so many *STUPID* bills getting
to the floor?

Why is impeachment "off the table"?

Why is ending the war...

7. if your own teamates keep shooting in the wrong basket, does it matter what jersey they wear?

all along, centrists have told us we should hold our nose and vote for any democrat.

how long do we keep holding our nose?eventually we have to breathe.

16. Very well put! Yet, we'll be castigated for "voting for the Rs"
I realized quite a long time ago I couldn't hold my nose anylonger..... turning blue just isn't that attractive when you reach my age. :)

What really gets me is that no matter what happens, the centrist will NEVER see the light, and take responsibility for what they're pushing.

2. Mark Pryor, (DINO/Blue Dog-Arkansas)
Son of the great David Pryor, wimp who cannot carry his daddy's jockstrap. A complete Waste Of Semen. I was going to give him a pass for inexperience, but he has just gone BEYOND not getting my vote.

This "Democrat," by his vote for that stupidass censure resolution of MoveOn (while the country is going to hell in the Express Lane), has just moved me to ACTIVELY CAMPAIGN for whoever his opponent is.

Fuck him. And don't even get me started on Blank Lincoln. I am completely WITHOUT RESPRESENTATION in Arkansas.

8. Same here in TN.
Although ours are both Repukes, not Dems acting like Repukes.
"The Lame" Lamar Alexander & "Dimwit" Bob Corker.
Alexander's up for reelection in 2008 & you can bet I'll be campaigning my ass off against him. We've just got to come up w/a GOOD Dem.

15. That's where I am. It just makes sense.
Right now the centrist Repugs can still be held under pressure by their party to vote against things like um, the equal time troop legislation for one!

Even if the Dem you put in their place is also a centrist you take the M*****F*****g Republicans out of the equation. You also end up with more pressure on more Dems to vote further to the left.

Get the most number of Dems in you possibly can and then reform the bad ones.

Except Lieberman. What the hell were you thinking Connecticut?

Using the above strategy is what ENABLES the creation and cultivation
of a Lieberman....

We MUST DEMAND PROGRESSIVE politics from our politicians. N-O-W!!!
