Is the youtube global warming "Angry Kid" now throwing eggs at Exxon gas stations?

He talks about how you're either a "friend" or an "enemy" in the global warming fight, and says "you've had your chance, now it's our turn".

There's also the Greenpeace connection. Very interesting.

And illegal.

1. Hold on. Upon second look the "angry kid" video was made by greenpeace, and they would not

throw eggs at an Exxon station.

Maybe the egg video was inspired by angry kid though.

2. So, where's the "angry kid" in that video? I didn't see him/her...

As for the Greenpeace commercial, I assumed it was simply an actor playing the part of an "angry kid". I could be wrong, but I googled around a lot and couldn't find any info on the kid or the making of that commercial.

3. In the egg video? He's not there. I just put out the idea because

the kid in the greenpeace video seems to be threatening those who are "against us", calling them an "enemy"

And shortly after a youtube video shows up indicting exxon as a global warming denier - an "enemy" of angry kid to be sure - and shows someone egging an exxon station and posting Greenpeace articles on the window of the gas station.

Seemed like a progression to me, that's all. But yes, that kid isn't in the video. It's pure speculation on my part.

5. Ah, I see...

You were simply speculating that this video was put together by some kid influenced by of the ad... got it.

I see it, myself, as rather disturbing that Bush's "You're either with us or against us" rhetoric is being used by Greenpeace in the first place.

That, of course, is not to say that I have any problem at all with somebody egging an Exxon station.

6. I think the appropriation of the "you're either with us or against us" line is rather smart.

It conjures up an image of impending action against global warming deniers....ex. SHOCK AND AWE!
