Is there anything that's better under Bush
Has anything in this Country gotten better under Bush. Seriously. I'm not talking about cheaper Flat Screen TVs or Golf players or ipods, is there anything that the Government and specifically this Administration had an effect on that has improved?
Off the top of my head, nothing comes to mind.

2. I am sure the
top 1% in income can name a few things that are better for them, as can some corporations and their bottom line. However for Joe and Jane six Pack, not so much.

6. No; why should there be? IOW, he wasn't put there to GOVERN; he was selected to do as he has done:
Loot the Treasury; bilk the tax-payers; steal Iraqi oil (and Afgan natural gas); set in place a perpetual money-making machine, AKA "the GWOT"; and destroy as much as possible the democracy known as "the United States of America" and its "GD piece of paper" known as "the U.S. Constitution".

17. No joke!
The one thing he did right and it doesn't work. I'm on the list too but eventually you keep getting calls and when you look up the caller ID it's some charity unrelated to the call. :wtf:

12. No terrorist attacks since 9/11
Well, if you don't count that anthrax attack.

Or the crash of American Airlines Flight 587 on November 12, 2001. (If it was as the NTSB would have us to believe, why did they not ground all of the Airbus 300s?) Take a look at the CCTV images and consider the flash that occurs right before the aircraft goes down.

18. And Green Day produced their best album
This flowering of wit and art during the past six years reminds me of Harry Lime's speech from "The Third Man":

Don't be so gloomy. After all it's not that awful. Like the fella says, in Italy for 30 years under the Borgias they had warfare, terror, murder, and bloodshed, but they produced Michelangelo, Leonardo da Vinci, and the Renaissance. In Switzerland they had brotherly love - they had 500 years of democracy and peace, and what did that produce? The cuckoo clock.

When all is said and done, I think I'd rather have cuckoo clocks.

19. I think it depends upon which side of the economic divide
one finds oneself. For the rich it's better because we working class people are shouldering their burden.
