But, I think John Edwards will be responding on MSNBC...but don't know the time. I'd probably rather watch Edwards response since I won't be watching the Chimp say the same old "kill/terra/get 'em over there before they walk the streets, here/surge is working...blah..

2. Ed Schultz said that Edwards has bought 2 min. to rebutt
the chimp. That should also be interesting.

I guess I'll tune in the old chimp with the mute on until it gets to Reed and Edwards. I don't need to hear him because we've already had reporting about what he'll say.

Also on MSNBC: coverage by KO and Tweety.

9. It'll be Sen Reed of RI
West Point grad and former Army Ranger. I don't know what kind of network coverage there'll be.

10. I respect Reed. He seems a very even-keeled guy and has military creds.

12. Reed has the credibility on military matters......having served......
and understanding what this war has cost us. He is not running for anything, which will make what he says more than simply a paid campaign spot easily discredited.

His rebut should be in direct opposition to the issue of Bush's strategy. It isn't about the troups, it's about the fact that this whole strategery has not worked, and it is time to pull out at a greater speed than whatever teeny weeny minimum gesture Bush proposes for the purpose of pleasing Republicans who want to win their seats back in 2008.......as Bush doesn't want GOP defectors in reference to his Iraq debacle.
