Dodd Supporters: Why Chris?
This is the eighth, and final for now, of a series of postings asking DUers to explain why they support their candidate. The series (and I'm sure it wasn't intended as one) started when another poster asked Hillary supporters to explain why they support her. I've added postings for Kucinich, Edwards, Obama, Biden, Richardson and Gravel. Now's a chance for supporters of Chris Dodd to explain to us (and maybe even get us to change our support) why they support Chris!

Have at it!

2. He was one of the chief architects of the "what, me worry?" voting system--
electronic voting machines run on "trade secret," proprietary programming code, owned and controlled by rightwing Bushite corporations, with virtually no audit/recount controls (the "Help America Vote" Act of 2002), in cooperation with Tom Delay and Bob Ney--showing bipartisanship and statesmanship as well real love for the American people, whom he wanted to spare the worry and fuss of who rules them. He has no visible constituency, and thus has no one to be beholden to, other than electronic voting corporations and the Bilderberg Group. When you think about it, they know what's best for us. Why worry? There will always be jobs because the rich will always need servants. If you're lucky, you could get rich, too--say, if you win the lottery. And foreign wars keep the economy going, with the manufacture of guns, bombs, tanks, helicopters, helmets, etc., and more wars. What a safety net! It's brilliant in its way. And we never have to think about it. Just push the button and instantly you are represented by warmongers and global corporate predators.

:sarcasm:
