Protestors gather by a repaired Lower 9th Ward levy in New Orleans shortly before a march into downtown. Still struggling to rebuild, New Orleans Wednesday mourned the loss of some 1,500 lives when Hurricane Katrina ravaged the coast two years ago, as US President George W.
