Any DU'ers listen to Town Hall Meeting on C-Span w/ RW Tom Davis (VA)?

I got in the part where Rand Beers was talking about how Al Qaeda is in Iraq because we brought them in.
He said that they would be in Pakistan in the minority if we weren't in Iraq. They are in Iraq because they are getting so much support for their cause there.

Tom (Snake) Davis seemed so reasonable...but those of us who have watched hearings with him on C-Span know he's just a Repug hack to can speak like a snake with a forked tongue.

There was a good group of folks who were there representing the Get Out of Iraq Coalition. And, they were very angry with the participants because they felt that the questions they wanted answered were not addressed by Davis, Beers or the Iraq Vet who is part of a group who also wants Out of Iraq.

What I heard was interesting. I was sad to see so few people there...but it could be that the meeting was held at a time when most working folks who aren't Repugs or Retired couldn't make it.

Still.. I hope Davis got a pile of E-Mail protesting Iraq representing those who can't take the time to go to the Town Hall Meetings of their Reps.
