One of the prime ingredients is sugar. As sugar gets stored as fat, it is useless unless you do a lot of exercising.

Eating more yummy vegetables in place of sugar powder would have more merit.

Decisions rendered by Roberts, Alito, Scalia and Thomas don't affect
you. They affect me. I'll vote for HRC gladly if she is the nonminee.
That goes for a lot of the others as well, including Kucinich, Edwards,
Obama, Dodd, Biden, and of course Al Gore or Wes Clark, should their
names come into play. Another Republican on the Supreme Court would make
the jury of "The Devil And Daniel Webster" seem like a bunch of civil rights
activists.

Some of them, anyway. That Republican stink doesn't respect frontiers.

But I certainly agree with you - if I could, naturally I would vote for the Democratic nominee whomever he or she might be.
