More people have died from RAIN, than from a Category5 hurricane.
Amazing, isn't it?

What always baffles me is how normally sane people get in their vehicles and try to drive in flooding...and then end up dead..

Why not get your vehicles to high ground, lock 'em up.. heck.. pay someone to guard it if necessary.. and then hunker down for a few days and let the water subside.

The kind of flooding they have in the midwest is NOT like Katrina, where whole houses are submerged.

people die in this kind of flooding, because they GO OUT IN IT..

1. Never happens in Arizona
The state passed a "stupid motorist" law here and we solved that problem.:sarcasm:
