I don't mean to be mysterious, but Gore fans may be surprised, or not. I'm talking about a window of opportunity hinted at in the Al Gore Group, "How Did We Miss This?"... Excitement is in the Air!

What are you talking about, and where did you read this "rumor?"

Another week, ANOTHER Al Gore is running rumor.

I'll believe it when I see it. My hopes have been diminishing though, and he's clearly running out of time. If he's not showing signs of interest in the next 4-6 weeks, he will have great difficulty being prepared for all the primaries which start in less than 5 months from right now.

There was NOTHING at the Al Gore group about this "window of opportunity" fantasy.

Wake me when he's actually running. Or wake me in 15 months after Hillary has been "Given" the Presidency.

I found it also, and it was still a waste of my time. This story is about 2 months old, and was repeatedly proven to be untrue.

I wish it were otherwise, but Mr. Gore is going to take the low key, out of the public eye approach.

Unlike RestoreGore, I think Mr. Gore will be largely ignored in the coming years. The media would rather focus on who is campaigning for President, than even a major event like Live Earth.

He'll still have his supporters, and those concerned with global warming, but I assure you that he will be discounted, and largely ignored by the Corporate Media.

He certainly will regain his stature, if he hasn't already, but in the end, he'll still be known as one of the few VP's to run for President, and lose.

3. Maybe He Already Won The Election And Didn't Tell Us

This is starting to look like Waiting For Godot...

Would I like President Gore to run? I can't think of many here who wouldn't...and if he decides then he decides. He, of all people, understands all the challenges ahead and he doesn't need a "draft" or "prodding" to run. Earlier this year I had held hope he may consider it, but I believe him when he sees his role on a different level now.

Excitement in the air? Hardly. If he runs, he is another candidate among many and has to earn the nomination like anyone else.
