Iowa DUers: Go Monday & Tuesday and protest Tom Tancredo
Did anyone hear or read about his comments from the debate Sunday night?

"My task as president of the United States is primarily to do one thing - by the way, not to make sure everybody has health care or everybody's child is educated - my task is to do one thing: to protect and defend this country ... and that means to deter - and I want to underline deter - any kind of aggression, especially the type we are threatened with by al-Qaida, which is nuclear attack."

Someone PLEASE go tell him to his face what a fucking fool and idiot that he really is........... Please??

5. OMG!
'not to make sure everybody has health care or everybody's child is educated'

ARGH!

I have news for you, Mr. Tancredo: making sure that everyone has health care and everybody's child is educated is A BIG PART of protecting and defending your country. As Europaean governments, including Conservative ones, have accepted for the last 50 years.

Please, DU-ers, reassure me that this piece of scum is not going to be your next president? I thought no one could be worse than Mad King George, but now I'm beginning to wonder.
