Q for Tony Snow: "Who is the final authority on what 'Executive Privilege Means' --Bush or SCOTUS?"
Followup would be either : "So the SCOTUS has the final word on what Executive Privilege means and what it applies to?"

OR "So the President has the final word on what Executive Privilege means and the SCOTUS can hang up their robes and go home?"

Would make for an interesing Press Conference.

2. Bush Has Already Claimed That SCOTUS Has No Jurisdiction Over Him
At least while he has his magic wartime president powers... they told SCOTUS that they did not have jurisdiction when arguing a case there. I think Bush lost, but I'm not sure. But if he believes they have no jurisdiction, it may not matter if he lost.
