seems to have VANISHED and no one has a clue. According to Paul Bremer

1. I Listened To Much Of Bremer's Opening Statement And Wondered......
if they ever thought that the money that they doled out in Iraq would ever wind up in the hands of the wrong people that may use it to purchase weapons to use against us?
