Gonzo acknowledged "other intelligence activities" in addition to the program approved...
Gonzo testified today that James Comey, acting as AG for Ashcroft while in the hospital, refused to agree to re-authorize the 'other intelligence activities' which Gonzo differentiated from 'the program(TSA)."

This means that there are likely other 'programs' which have not been revealed, and Gonzo's earlier testimony was meant to 'deceive' the Committee as to the true state of facts.

1. "The Program" is simply a list of activities which meet certain
criteria. "The Program" didn't even exist until people discovered it.
