Out of respect, you might want to remove his name.

5. Given some of the names in the list
Wyden for instance, I would guess that it does not matter much whether they cosponsor or not. As long as they vote the right way of course, and I cannot imagine Wyden and a few others on the list voting against this.

11. If they don't sign on to restoring Habeas Corpus, then they should be removed
from office for violating their oath of office to uphold the Constitution.

Only a traitor to the people would refuse to uphold habeas corpus.

28. Traitor
Be careful. President Roosevelt tossed 150,000 Americans into detention camps without benefit of Habeas corpus. Abe Lincoln had most of the Maryland State legislature imprisoned without the writ. I am not ready to brand these men as Traitors.

13. Without Breaking The Fillibuster...
this act along with others could have 50 sponsors and it'll go nowhere.

This bill needs to get to the Senate floor for an up or down vote...force Boooshie to veto it and be fully exposed for his disdain for the people and the Constitution.

Again 11 Repugnicans, including Liebermann, have told the American people to pound sand.

16. 49 Repugnicans Are Making Money
So are Democrats like Sen. Feinstein...and who knows what other Democrats have GE, General Dynamics or other defense contractor stocks in their portfolios.

Habeus corpus has NOTHING to do with money but ALL to do with power. This is what makes a king or dictator an autocrat. Any Senator who doesn't support this bill must hate the Constitution and representative government. Let's focus here on the real obstructions to our rights.

15. It should go on every talk show in the nation.
> Without Breaking The Fillibuster this act along with others

It should go on every talk show in the nation. It should
go in newspaper editorials daily. It should be the subject
of the Democrat's "Staurday response" every third week.

There are lots of places for it to go *IN THE DIRECT HOPES*
of breaking the Republican filibuster.

The Democrats simply don' get that. They routinely say:
"Oh well, we can't pass it. Forget it."

That's why people think Democrats are do-nothings.

22. I'm quite surprised by some of the names on the list
like, Schumer, Tester, Webb, Wyden, Reed, Lanrieu, hell all of them actually,

I just hope its only an oversight on their part. Habeus Corpus must be restored. That is what has separated us from the chafe back through so many years.
