Of the 26 major rulings on the Supreme Court this past term:
which ended yesterday, there were 11 cases which Ginsburg, Breyer, Stevens, & Souter dissented from the "other five"...

Stevens is the oldest justice (87), followed by Ginsburg (74)....I've said this before & I'll say it again, I sure as hell don't want ANY Republican making that appointment if one of them were to retire,

We've seen the damage done with the additions of Roberts & "Hirohito" Ailito in just one complete term...So I beg of you, please vote for whomever the Democratic nominee end up being, even if you have to hold your nose to vote - if this court goes any further to the right, we'll be partying like it's 1399, as the further to the right the court goes, the more backwards this country becomes..

(I don't have the link, but the summary of the 06-07 Supreme Court cases was in yesterdays USA Today, page 8A)...

2. F-ing crocodile tears
I don't think Mrs. Ailito was nominated for an Academy Award, but she sure as hell should have been for that performance...

3. Roberts, the Great Consensus Builder
(Bloomberg) - .... Roberts, 52, has made consensus a top goal since he took the oath of office in September 2005. Speaking at Georgetown University's law-school graduation last year, he said that ``the rule of law is strengthened when there is greater consensus and agreement about what the law is.''

Just like the Great Uniter Not A Divider in the White House.
