Bush to Democrats at retreat: "I took a lot of time thinking (about Iraq)"
February 3, 2007

Remarks by Bush to the House Democratic Caucus Issues Conference: (http://www.whitehouse.gov/news/releases/2007/02/20070203-1.html)

"I put out a plan that has caused a lot of debate on Iraq. I took a lot of time thinking about how best to achieve an objective of a country governing and sustaining and defending itself, a country that will be an ally in this war on terror. I listened to many members here. I listened to members of my own party. I listened to the military . . ."

. . . then, he did the opposite of what they recommended. That's exactly what he'll do after leaving Williamsburg.

3. Why are they treating that unelected asshat piece of shit moron
killer as if he were the President of the United States? It's like having someone who burglarized your house twice over for dinner.

5. Can we be realistic?
Like it not, and I sure as hell don't, the idiot is lawfully recognized president of the United States.

At the very least the democrats in congress have to give an appearance of trying to engage him.

If he wants to be an ass, let him.

Civility costs us very little. Open hostility could squander any chance at bringing this sociopath down.

The very last thing we want to do is make him look like the injured party.
