I'm not a MSM news consumer, thanks to the likes of Katie, but isn't it true that Schieffer's ratings were ON THE RISE through his temporary assignment as lead anchor and Katie's were high the first few days of her tenure, but have been in steady decline ever since?

Kind of almost like the ratings proved the viewing public wants credible hard news instead of fluffy pap?

interviewed by her and she was hateful to him, asked stupid stuff that made no sense. Then she practically sat in George Bush's lap during that interview. and that was the LAST time I tuned into her news show. I don't care what the segment was called, Rush is racist, homophobic asshole and he gets countless hours on the air on his show each week anyway.
