Plus, according to our standards of debate, pitting candidates in pairs is the norm, one who parts his name in the middle vs. one who parts it on the side: The candidates should have to face an adversary, and who would be better for the God-candidates than the anti-god spokesperson HITCHENS?

Besides, even drunk and even not-"our"-guy, he STILL would run mental circles around the candidates, especially the Rethugs. He might even wrestle some of them, like Tommy THOMPSON, for the bottle.
