Rest in Peace - Robert Francis Kennedy - 6/6/68
And it occurs to me that if Bobby were alive today intellectual lightweights like Hannity, Limbaugh, and others who aren't fit to occupy the same planet, would deride him as "soft on terror", or just another "Massachusetts liberal".

1. Disagree....
I think it slightly more likely that if Robert Kennedy hadn't died when he did, we would not be living in this bizarro parallel universe and the likes of Hannity, BillO, and Limbaugh would not exist.

2. ..and people at the time apparently knew what they had lost in his death:
The images taken from his funeral train say it all.....

6. I hope all of you will see the movie, 'Bobby'. You don't even have to watch it, just listen to the
recordings of his speeches. Like his brother before him, Bobby inspired people. It's what's missing in America today .... hope and inspiration to do right.

7. He was far from soft -- He actually authorized the FBI to wiretap MLK
If he was willing to do that, imagine what he would do to suspected terrorists.

Bobby was killed just 2 months after Martin Luther King. It was a terrible time in our history. Rest in peace, Bobby and Martin.
