And lets hear it for CNN to bias the opinion of a populace of an entire city through careful selection of dipshits who answered the question "correctly". The mayor doesn't ant the Marines training in his town and causing fear to people already stressed out enough. I don't want them training in my town either. Especially in this day and age of "Martial Law". Fuck that, we're already living in enough of a police state.

2. Hats off to the Mayor

I'm going to call his office and thank him. This is an attempt to bypass Posse Comitatus. The theory behind it is once the population gets habituated to seeing US troops all over their cities, then it's very easy to permanent occupy them.

The Romans didn't let the Roman legion into the City of Roam for a very good reason. If anyone thinks this is an exercise for training occupations in other countries then you better wake the hell up and start target practicing.
