like they've never seen before! I'm glad they are going to stop the nonsense of demanding the enlistment bonus back. I'd better not hear otherwise down the line, or I'm personally going to find a bunch of people to contact this Misadministration on behalf of this fine young man (and others like him)!

3. I'll wager that they will change the payout schedule.

Say you get twenty grand for enlisting for four years--Betcha they pay it out in annual increments.

No more lump sums..!

This isn't a new thing--it's new in the sense that the bonuses are HUGE now, and people aren't completing their enlistments because they're wounded in WAR, not because they, say, fell off a motorcycle or hurt themselves in a perverse swimming accident...
