4. I have a friend who used to listen to him who says Rush isn't racist.

His big proof was that Rush has a black man working on the show (I think setting up calls for him to take). Sexist people have women working for them. If someone wants to keep a job they will often put up with a lot of shit.

Most racists don't have a clue that they are racist, regardless of what "race" they hail from, (racism is not limited to caucasians). The vast majority of people need to realize there is but one "race, the human race.
