Plenty of Democrats have criticized the no tax increase pledge of Americans for Tax Reform President Grover Norquist, but Virginia Congressman Frank Wolf's (R-VA) attack is the first from a House Republican. Here's the transcript of his attack on the House floor today. Wolfe's attack on Norquist's shady connections is straight out of "Mr. Smith Goes to Washington."

Grover Norquist's stated aim from day one has been to destroy the US government by withholding revenue.

Why has that man not been arrested for treason?

I'm hearing support for OWS in all sorts of eavesdropped conversations (yes, I'm shameless, but I do tune out if it's personal) from all sorts of people out there.

It's really resonated with a hell of a lot of people. It might just be too big to stop now.

5. I'm beginning to get a sense/feeling that Boehner and Cantor are losing control.

Some of these older Repugs are seeing what a mess they are making out of this government and finally speaking out. Too many are scared of Norquist, for whatever reason.

Those who speak out should be applauded.

i would love to see them primaried.. they have a choice, either go with the popular message and get primaried, or stick with the tea partiers and lose the general..im suddenly feeling a lot better about 2012.. if Dem's play this right it will be a landslide, and conservatives will be out of power for at least a generation..
