3. lemme get this straigh

Your problem is that they did not criticize their boss crime which is under criminal investigation now. Lets just start by examining the 2 people in the video. One is Sherpard Smith, a man legendary for calling out conservatives and George Bush every chance he gets and the other Judge Andrew Napolitano, a man who cannot stop criticizing the last republican adminstration, hated the patriot act and a man who called for the George Bush impeachment. Which thanks to Nancy Pelosi never happened.

You are criticizing the messenger and not the message, this is like saying Rachel Maddow has to right talking about big corportaions not paying their fair share because GE who dodged paying any taxes for the last 4 years is a minority owner of MSNBC.

Focus on the message and stop being lame.

4. More food for the paranoid. I have to ask these questions:

Do the police have the right to follow a suspect's car by actually driving around behind him/her?

What if the driver appears to be driving as if intoxicated?

Do they have the right to stake out a suspect's home and keep an eye on who comes and goes?

What if that home is the location of a suspected prostitute or drug dealer?

Can law enforcement do those two things WITHOUT a warrant?

If so, what's different about using technology to assist law enforcement in doing those tasks at much less cost?

Let's answer those questions before we go any further with this scare tactic.
