Conservative and corporate elites are stoking the turmoil, and using fear to panic a public into accepting harsh measures that would be otherwise unacceptable. The stock market tanks after the debt ceiling debacle. Standard & Poor's, the discredited and corrupted rating agency, rushes to downgrade U.S. debt, with such haste it doesn’t even get its math right. But is this right-wing debt hysteria accurate, is it just another part of their shock doctrine? Mike Papantonio attempts to answer that question with Robert Borosage, co-director of the Campaign for America’s Future.

1. Don't settle for less
we should be demanding more, medicaid is discrimination on so many levels. We really need to hear sociologists describe the poverty problem in the united States.Social Security is not fair ,because of past job discrimination, racism, many of our seniors get far less then others. So these bigots need to be educated.

2. social Safety Nets?
These institutions were borne in a time of 25% unemployment. If America had the will to build these institutions when so many didn't have a pot to piss in, why do our current dire, but not in the same league as the great depression, circumstances call for them to be dismantled.

This stuff was CREATED when things were bad, not DISMANTLED when things were bad!

Morans, I tell yah!
