3. What's a hate crime?

The definition varies somewhat from state to state, but he idea is clear enough.

Fischer doesn't qualify as a hate crime victim due to his religious bigotry, but he may qualify under mental disability. :crazy:

4. Great observation..! Evidently the right wing religious bigots have now..

learned the Sarah Palin meme to claim they are victims when anyone disagrees with their point of view.

Sarah did it most after her "Blood Libel" references, but she also practices it with her "gotcha questions from the lamestream media" meme.

Evidently, many folks like Fischer have been reading her speeches and her books, which are filled those accusations that SHE is always the "victim". It seems to have worked for her. So they are all trying it.
